At Big Deal Catering Equipment, we aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return subject to the terms below.
🔁 Returns
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
- Returns must be approved by our team before sending
Items must not be sent back to the manufacturer unless instructed.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable or consumable goods (e.g. food items, packaging materials, wrapping products)
- Custom-manufactured or special-order items
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
If you require an exchange, please contact us to confirm availability and arrange the process.
💰 Handling & Cancellation Fees
- Returns requested after 7 days may be subject to a 25% handling fee
- Order cancellations after confirmation may incur a 25% admin and handling fee
💳 Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days
⏳ Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your payment provider
- If still unresolved, contact us directly
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable courier or insurance
- We are not liable for damage or loss during return transit
📦 Delivery Information
- Delivery is not included in product pricing
- Costs are calculated based on size, weight, and location
- A delivery quote will be provided before dispatch

- Orders are only dispatched once full payment, including delivery fees, has been received
- All returns must be approved prior to sending items back
